What are the hours for The Ice Cream Bar at Decades?

The Ice Cream Bar at Decades is open Wednesday - Sunday, 4pm-9pm weather permitting. The indoor Decades experience (retro arcade, bowling alley, restaurant, and indoor bar) is open Wednesday/Thursday 4pm-Midnight, Friday/Saturday Noon-1am, and Sunday Noon-Midnight.

Is it 21+ at The Ice Cream Bar at Decades like it is inside Decades after 8:30pm?

No - all ages can be at The Ice Cream Bar at Decades until 9pm when it closes. The Decades indoor experience is 21+ after 8:30pm.

Is The Ice Cream Bar at Decades weather-dependent?

The Ice Cream Bar at Decades may not open, close early, and/or close/open intermittently due to weather conditions.

How does service work?

Guests of The Ice Cream Bar at Decades can purchase food, beverages, and ice cream treats from the bar. Seating is first-come, first-serve and is pub-style. There is also a Walk-Up Window facing the sidewalk where guests can order ice cream treats and non-alcoholic beverages to-go.

Can guests order full menu food outside?

Guests can order from the full Decades restaurant menu from the outdoor bar.

Can non-Decades food/beverages be consumed at the Ice Cream Bar at Decades and the yard game space?

No–there cannot be any non-Decades food/beverages at The Ice Cream Bar at Decades or the outdoor gaming space.

Is it dog-friendly?

Due to strict food safety requirements The Ice Cream Bar at Decades does not allow dogs. However, guests who are with their dogs may order ice cream and non-alcoholic beverages from the Walk-Up Window facing the sidewalk.

Can guests bring ice cream that’s ordered at The Ice Cream Bar into the Decades inside space?

Yes, guests can bring whatever they purchase outside at The Ice Cream Bar inside into the rest of the Decades space.

Can I smoke/vape on the patio? Where can I smoke/vape outside?

No–there is no smoking or vaping at The Ice Cream Bar or in the outdoor gaming space. Those looking to smoke must do so off Decades property (i.e. the sidewalk along Queen Street).

Where can I have alcohol in the outdoor space?

You may have alcoholic beverages inside the main Decades space as well as at the Ice Cream Bar at Decades and the yard game area. Alcohol is not permitted off of the Decades property.

Are there vegan options available?

Currently we offer three different vegan-friendly sorbets along with a variety of vegan food and drink options. We look to add more as we continue to test and grow the menu!

Is there a bike rack?

Yes - we provide a bike rack outside.

Can I sit outside to eat when The Ice Cream Bar is closed?

No, all service will be inside Decades during the hours The Ice Cream Bar is closed.
